Delete a file from a ticket message

POST/api/crm/v2/tickets.delete_attachmentv2

operationId: tickets.deleteAttachment

Deletes the attachment file_id from the ticket message message_id: the file is removed from storage, and the message's file list is updated. If the message has neither text nor attachments left, the message itself is deleted; the event is logged in the ticket history. Returns the updated list of attachments.
