Delete user

POST/api/crm/v2/team.delete_userv2

operationId: team.deleteUser

Deletes a user. Any user with write access to the section can delete; there is no separate role requirement, and read-only access is rejected earlier with error 100. In partner mode, deletes a user from the account; the owner cannot be deleted — error 6; links to couriers and operators are preserved, their firm_user_id is set to null. In affiliate mode, deletes a user from the affiliate account.
