Returns the user's menu as a tree structure. Root items are sorted by sort; folders have children, while pages and links have readonly_enabled. The content depends on the union of all user roles and their personal sections. Sections marked as API access points are not returned at all. Folders with no visible items are also not returned. Access to such sections does not change—they are simply absent from the menu.
